360 Private Travel B.V. – Chamber of Commerce 76 86 3492 is affiliated with the ANVR. The ANVR applies strict standards for membership and promotes the quality of travel and information about it.
The trips on this website are offered under the ANVR Traveller Terms and Conditions (ANVR Travel Conditions for package holidays or ANVR Booking Conditions for individual travel services and/or Linked Travel Arrangement Conditions) that apply to all offers on this website, unless it is explicitly stated that this is not the case.

Additional terms and conditions 360 Private Travel B.V.
The following provisions have been established by 360 Private Travel B.V. itself. With regard to the content of these articles, there has been no consultation between ANVR and the Consumers’ Association within the framework of the Self-Regulation Coordination Group of the Social and Economic Council. With the exception of the deviations or additions permitted in the terms and conditions themselves, these own provisions cannot affect the ANVR Traveller Conditions and are only intended as a supplement to the ANVR terms and conditions where this is stated in the ANVR conditions themselves and/or to further strengthen the position of the traveller.
360 Private Travel B.V. – Chamber of Commerce 76 86 3492 – is affiliated with the Calamity Fund Foundation Reizen.De guarantee of the Calamity Fund means that you, as a traveller who participates in a trip to which the guarantee applies:
– get (part of) your travel sum back if we are unable to carry out the trip or not fully as a result of an emergency;
– you will be reimbursed for the necessary additional costs if we have to adjust the trip as a result of an emergency or if we have to repatriate you early
A calamity is defined as an abnormal event caused by acts of violence or natural disaster.
Guarantee scheme VZR-Garant
360 Private Travel B.V. is affiliated with VZR-Garant.
You can check this via www.vzr-garant.nl. Within the limits of this arrangement, the trips published in this program are covered by this guarantee. This guarantee means that the traveller is assured that his prepaid travel money will be refunded if the other party is unable to fulfil the agreed performance due to financial insolvency. Insofar as the contract includes transport and the place of destination has already been reached, the return journey will be arranged.
VZR-Garant: In order to comply with the legally required guarantee, 360 Private Travel B.V. makes use of the VZR-Garant guarantee scheme (www.vzr-garant.nl). You can check this via the participants page of the VZR-Garant website. Within the limits of the Guarantee Scheme (which can be found on the website of VZR Garant), the guarantee of VZR-Garant applies. In the Guarantee Scheme you can read exactly to which (travel) offer the VZR Garant guarantee applies and what this guarantee entails.
