Membership of 360’s Private Travel Club

How does a 360 Private Travel membership work?

Our membership is designed for discerning travellers who value personal service, discretion, and seamless travel. Members can choose between two tiers: The 360 Hotel Collection, available through our exclusive app, which offers privileged access and benefits at the world’s finest hotels backed-up by our concierge team; and 360 Tailor-made, where members are personally matched with one of our expert Travel Designers to create bespoke journeys curated entirely around them.

How much does 360 Private Travel membership cost?

Membership fees vary depending on the level of service and personalisation you choose. The 360 Hotel Collection costs £150 per annum to join and allows members to book directly through our app while enjoying exclusive privileges and added benefits at leading hotels and resorts worldwide. 360 Tailor-made Membership offers a more bespoke experience — including a personal relationship with a dedicated Travel Designer — and is available at an annual cost of £1,200 reflecting the highly tailored nature of the service. 360 Tailor-made Members also have access to the app to book hotels. Full details are provided upon enquiry or referral.

Can my Personal/Executive Assistant use the Membership on my behalf?

Yes, by agreement, your Personal Assistant can book hotels for you and your authorised family members via our app.

How does the Membership renewal process work?

Membership is an annual subscription, automatically renewing after 12 months. Any fee changes will be communicated in advance.

What if I don’t want to renew my Membership?

You must provide 60 days’ written notice to: [email protected].

Can I change my level of Membership?

You may access higher tiers as they are introduced; please contact the Membership Team for details.

For an annual membership fee of just £150 — often offset by the exclusive privileges you’ll enjoy from your very first stay — travellers can access 360’s signature benefits, preferred rates, and added value on every booking.

What privileges do I receive when booking through the 360 Hotel Collection?

Benefits include, but are not limited to, complimentary daily breakfasts, room upgrades, early check-in and late check-out, hotel credits, and special in-room amenities (All benefits are subject to availability and T&Cs apply).

What is 360 Tailor-made?

360 Tailor-made is our bespoke travel design service, offering fully personalised journeys curated by our expert Travel Designers for a membership fee of £1,200 per annum. Every itinerary reflects your passions, pace, and preferences, delivering seamless, one-of-a-kind experiences.

As a 360 Tailor-made Member, how do I choose my Personal Travel Designer?

We handpick up to three Travel Designers based on your travel profile. After joining, you will select your preferred match.

What does my Personal Travel Designer do?

Your Travel Designer will work with you to design and create your travel itinerary that aligns with 360’s ethical standards and ensures every journey is seamless and bespoke.

What if I want to change my Personal Travel Designer?

On the rare occasion that this is requested, changes can be made by contacting the Membership Team at: [email protected].

What types of experiences can 360 Private Travel arrange?

From city breaks, beach holidays, private safaris and Mediterranean villas to yacht charters and curated ski escapes, we specialise in tailor-made journeys across adventure, culture, wellness, gastronomy and relaxation.

Does 360 handle complex or multi-destination itineraries?

Absolutely. We design multi-stop, multi-experience journeys that feel effortless, whether a private safari followed by a luxury villa or a bespoke cultural tour with private guides.

Does 360 Private Travel organise corporate or group travel?

Yes, at the discretion of your Travel Designer. If you would like your Membership to focus on Corporate/Business travel, please contact the Membership Team.

How does 360 ensure a seamless travel experience?

Every journey is supported by your personal Travel Designer and our in-house concierge and operations teams. With access to Juno, our proprietary travel app, our members can view itineraries, receive real-time updates, and communicate directly with their Designer.

What can I use the Travel Concierge for?

Our 360 Global Travel Concierge is available to assist with any trip booked by a member with their Travel Designer, from restaurant reservations, transfers, spa appointments, excursions, tailored recommendations, and all pre-arrival arrangements.

Destinations, Expertise & Support

Does 360 Private Travel specialise in any particular destinations?

We curate travel across all seven continents. Popular requests include Italy, Japan, the Maldives, South Africa, and the U.S. Each Travel Designer has specialist knowledge in certain regions and travel styles and is also able to leverage the expertise of all our global Travel Designers.

What language do you operate in?

English is the primary language, though multilingual Travel Designers are available on request.

What if I have a complaint?

What if I have an issue when travelling?

Your Travel Designer, the Membership Team and your designated contact on the ground in your destination are available to assist during any trip.
