Yesterday, we hosted our annual 360 APAC Partner Event at the stunning Raffles Singapore, bringing together our team from across Asia for a day of learning, collaboration and connection.
The day opened with an insightful panel discussion exploring how regional conflicts and AI are shaping the luxury hospitality landscape, before turning to the evolving expectations of today’s luxury traveller.
We then moved into a professional development session, discussing how to turn an ‘upset guest’ into a ‘guest for life’, a challenge every travel advisor and hospitality professional can relate to.
The afternoon featured valuable one-to-one meetings with Fairmont Singapore, Fairmont Hanoi, Fairmont Red Sea and Raffles Red Sea, before concluding with key business updates from our Head Office team.
