She has 15 years’ experience that was kickstarted with a BA degree in International Tourism Management and Marketing at Middlesex University. Even while studying she worked in some of London’s most renowned five-star hotels. Vilena was soon opening and managing new hotels, which helped forge her expertise in tailor-made luxury itineraries and concierge. It was just a matter of time before Vilena, still based in London, chose to work her own way with a personal clientele.
