Our expansion in Europe comes by taking well-considered steps, and in Caroline we have an excellent regional manager for France, a large and important market. Her subtle, friendly and highly professional approach to building the 360 presence from the ground up is vital.
 
Caroline was born in Normandy, France and grew up on Réunion island in the Indian Ocean. She holds a bachelor degree with honours from Toulouse Hospitality School and an MBA with honours in economics, management and marketing from Toulouse School of Management. She comments: “As we attract new Partners in France, and indeed across mainland Europe, they can be sure I’ll offer every assistance needed for success in their luxury travel businesses.

When time allows, Caroline loves to travel herself, whether that’s to take a sunrise yoga class on a cliff in the Seychelles or enjoy cocktails on a private rooftop facing the Rockefeller Center in New York; on her horizon are snorkelling off the beaches in Zanzibar and a train trip through Scotland…
