“I’ve been doing all things concierge for more than 10 years,” he says. “No matter if it’s for an individual or a large group – leisure or corporate – I’m here to assist with all the important details that go to form the perfect itinerary.” His whole working life has been travel-related, with roles at a string of top agencies and tour operators. Over several years he then developed his independently-owned business with 360 Private Travel; his ethos has always been to look after his customers as he would friends, and backed by 360’s ATOL and IATA licences. In 2016 he also completed his Masters with Distinction in Strategic Hotel Management.
It’s as a specialist in concierge that he has blossomed, and all of that experience is now at the disposal of other Partners. “Customer service with hands-on knowledge is essential to meeting clients’ requirements,” adds Henry, who loves to cook, ski and mountaineer in his spare time.
