Edith
“I went to New Zealand to participate in a cultural exchange programme with the AFS Scholarship,” she says. “The host family I stayed with for a year definitely regarded themselves as true ‘Kiwis’, and I loved every minute with them – I’m still in touch with them today.”
That experience ignited her love for travel, and for every opportunity to get to explore new places, and in doing so meet new people. After college, Edith spent another year working in international tourism in the US, sharpening those valuable service skills.
And so, having learned so much about general travel, now she’s building her own business in Hong Kong, with the focus very much on the super-lux end of the market and up-close attention to fantastic trips for discerning clients. “There is so much scope for developing my own business, and partnering with 360 Private Travel lets me get on with the crucial interpersonal relationship building while the ‘mechanics’ of bookings and assurances are taken care of.”
