“I have learned a lot personally through developing and managing relationships, regional strategic partnerships, and global experience programmes,” she explains. “I’m born and raised in Singapore, and I’m an avid traveller. But I am the same as many of my customers, in that familiar favourites are comforting but I also delight in new and unique places.” And Tricia has a lot of past delights that have shaped her.
