Emma is a walking encyclopaedia on Sri Lanka and Maldives travel. She’s had a variety of interesting roles in travel consultancy and sales and, like all of the 360 team, just loves discovering new places and treating her clients like royalty.
“I spent 15 years living in Sri Lanka, and I know an enormous amount about that part of the world,” she says. “It gave me an extraordinary eye for detail that feeds into my bookings, and I find my personal connections open doors to create unique itineraries.”
She has always enjoyed travelling independently and planning her own journeys, which led her to write guidebooks and act as a local consultant. Today it’s all fuelling Emma’s love of crafting bespoke holidays tailored to the exact requirements of her cherished clients.
