“I started my career on a hotel graduate training programme and over the following 18 years I’ve worked for several leading luxury groups,” she says. “I became Assistant Director of Sales for a large luxury chain, covering the Asia Pacific region which entailed plenty of travel. Eventually, though, I realised I could apply all I know to clients with whom I have a personal rapport and mutual understanding.
